QR code for a Telegram profile
A t.me link in a code, so someone can open a chat with you without typing a username they will mistype.
A Telegram QR code stores a t.me link to a user, channel or group, which a phone opens in Telegram.
Style this code — colour, shape, branding, frame and output
Colour & contrastThe ink, the paper behind it, and the three eyes. Every choice is contrast-checked as you make it.
ShapeHow the squares are drawn. The three eyes are styled apart from the data, because a scanner finds the code by them.
BrandingYour mark on the code. Every picture here costs scanability — the notes say how much, and the preview is the truth.
Frame & captionA border and a line of text around the code — the "scan me" that tells a passer-by what it is for.
OutputWhat comes out of the download buttons, and what the symbol actually carries.
Print-ready PDF
A press file at the finished size: 3mm bleed, crop marks and a trim box a print shop’s checks read. The code is drawn black on white whatever the design above — how a colour prints is something only a test print can show.
A username, never a phone number
The code carries https://t.me/<username>. That is deliberate: a Telegram code built from a phone number publishes the number to everyone who scans it, and a printed code cannot be unpublished.
It works for channels and groups too
A public channel or group has a t.me address of the same shape, so the same code type covers all three. A private invite link does not — that one is a secret and does not belong on a printed sign.
Short payload, prints small
A t.me link is short, so the symbol stays at a low version and survives being printed at badge size.
Telegram QR codes
Can I make one from my phone number?
Not here. It would publish the number to anyone who scans, permanently. Set a public username instead.
What if the person has no Telegram?
The link opens in a browser, which shows the profile and offers the app.
Does it start a chat automatically?
It opens the profile. Sending is theirs to do.
Can it open a group rather than a person?
Yes, if the group has a public username. Private invite links expire, which makes them the wrong thing to commit to print.
Want to change it after it’s printed?
Make it a dynamic code: it carries a short link you can point somewhere new at any time, and it counts every scan. A free account includes 5 dynamic codes and needs no card — and a dynamic code keeps redirecting even if you never upgrade.
